Cool Velvet Oxi is a replenishing and conditioning creamy oxidizing conditioner created to protect the scalp while activating oxidative processes while delivering active ingredients directly deep into the hair. It is made with molecular stabilizers and chelating agents to ensure that the security, stability and precision of oxidative chemical reactions are maintained. These developers are enriched with thick protective emollients, lipids and oils that neutralize free radical activity and impart reparative conditioning and strengthening action while forming a protective layer to soothe and protect the hair and scalp.

How to use: Mix oxygen in the recommended amount with hair coloring or bleaching. Cool Velvet Oxy "Ecomolecular" formula:

The chemical equation must be balanced. A balanced chemical equation occurs when the number of different elements in the reactants are calibrated, proportional, compatible, equal, and compatible with hair coloring creams and other revitalizing products.

Oxygen that has been formulated and tested in synergy.

When a chemical equation is balanced, it is clear which are the reactants, which are the products, and how much of each substance is included.

As well as their relationship to each other, and the steps that occur during the reaction, chemical reactions must be balanced

(isomolecular), or in other words, it must have the same number of different atoms in the products as in the reactants.

If the chemical reaction is unbalanced, no information about the relationship between the products and substances can be derived or guaranteed

Reactive.
